Anyone Have A CFD/Land Contract - CA ?

I was wondering if anyone had a good land contract (aka Contract for Deed) for use in California.

    I dont have one but the last time I did a Land Contract I received the contract from the escrow company... I used Central California Escrow in Bakersfield Ca I am sure they would email you a copy if you called.
