Any SubTo REIs In Porland OR?
Just talked to owner who'll give us the 2300' 5BR, 2.5 B SFR sub to her debt, and it's a little too far for me to drive down and cover what needs doing.
If there's a Portland area REI who'd like to work with me and supervise some repairs and renovation I think we could make a buck.
I'd do the legal, trust doc, etc., and we'd take a QC Deed from owner. Sub to their 1st and 2d CURRENT notes...we might even be able to persuade them to make next couple of months payments while you & I concentrate our money on repairs and rehab and ready RE for resale.
