Any One Doing Sub 2 In Myrtle Beach Currently
Is anyone having luck doing sub2 in Myrtle Beach?
I hope they are not a thing of the past there.
I guess with over valued property that is abundant there the only thing that will work is short sale.
I have so many calls daily from people watinng me to take the property in Myrtle Beach but I just cant see the Deals there any more!
Am I missing something?
Myrtle Beach sure made life easy for me and my family!
