Abandoned Fuel Oil Tank

Anybody have any problems with leaking abandoned underground storage tanks? What experiences, the company said 1/6 are a problem. They sticked the fill pipe said it is water inside it.

    most states that I have invested in are not so problematic. They can be filled with sand and left in ground....
