Does Shark Bait automatically load foreclosure data from some real time source?

    The software is not free.

I think it costs around $399.00 but I am not sure.

The application has an import feature which will allow you ti import data records into the application so you can then analyze each property in question.

It costs more than that. I have shark bait. It took a while to set it up. I use it to put in customer info. and figure out the hold times.

Larry, how extensively do you use your shark bait.
