What Does A S.S. Package Consist Of?
I am very new to Short Sale investing and was hoping to understand what a S.S. package consists of.
I have a potential client that needs help getting out of a property with approx. 80K in equity and 2 mortgages. I should have more details on the property and the client on Monday, but in the meantime I hope to understand what is required in a S.S package.
Also, am I required to hold any particular qualifications to complete a S.S.?
Lastly has anyone heard of Thomas Butler and his program Short Sale Magic, any feedback on this program would be greatly appreciated as I am considering their academy for mentoring in short sales.

My opinion? I think the products offerred by The Short Sale Pro are seond to none, and you should really be evaluating his products alongside those of Thomas Butler, whoever he is.
