What Contracts Do I Need To Flip Homes To Another Investor?
What other contracts do I need other than the lease purchase agreement and the deed of trust contracts to flip homes to other investors?
To flip homes to another investor, do I have to have a title search done for the seller? Can I do this myself , or do I have to hire someone to do it?
