Short Sales After House Has Gone Into Foreclosure!
Hey guys, I have a dilemma. I am initiating a short sell one day after the house has actually gone into foreclosure. Will the bank still work with me? I will be getting the mtg info release tommorrow so that I can talk to the lender. Any suggestions?
