Short Sale Training

Hello everyone. I am looking for the best short sale training program. I am looking for something that helps with how to present the offer to the seller and close the deal. I found one and the SS was accepted by the lender and has already been closed. But it was a friend of the family so it was not hard to convince them. I am curious as to what is the best way to approach the homeowner and convince them that a SS is the best way. Thanks for your help.

So to answer you question: EXPLAIN TO THE HOMEOWNERS THAT A S.S. IN ESSENCE WILL HAVE A LESS DAMAGING EFFECT ON THEIR CREDIT AS OPPOSED TO A FORECLOSURE....an ultimately within a year or two (as home prices continue to decline) they can buy a home again.[ Edited by TheShortSalePro on Date 11/16/2006 ]

Too bad youre in NC. We do train at our office and is trained by our broker/short sale expert. She has trainsed over 25 realtors and investors who have had a very successful career in short selling properties. Im living proof.

Classes begin January 2007 and is $795.00 a class which include material....you will receive step by step training....a far better bargain than "Dream Big" which charges $2500.00 and held at a convention center.
