2 things>>>>> 1) I have been following this message board for weeks and am very impressed with each and everyone of you . All of you together with your wisdom and knowledge has taught me so much that you have turned me down a new path for my financial future, so thank you. I am already researching, reading and searching this whole site. So thank you all...

2) In the meantime I found this forum for another reason and that was to help in trying to short sale my home and how to go about it. I am upside down in it and I do not want to lose my home I want to keep it. I am willing to pay $ for your courtesy and time in helping me. The income is here for me to either lease it back from you or buy it back from you. Is there anyone who may like to do the transaction for me/with me....... If so kindly advise and i will email you details..... thank you..... <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_smile.gif"> [ Edited by RoeS on Date 01/31/2004 ]

If you have a friend(s), or family member(s) who could step in and help, I'll help facilitate the negotiated short sale approval, their acquisition and leaseback to you.

You are much better off doing this with someone you know...

Why do you feel that a short sale is essential to devising a plan to keep your home?

What other, non foreclosure alternatives have you considered?

Feel free to PM me on this.

You might want to take a look at what HUD's posted on their site regarding foreclosure alternatives.

The info is under the "Foreclosure" link in the left column.

Do you mind if I ask what city and state are you in?
