All, As I don't have a presence in Utah, I am acting as a bird dog. Anybody want a lead for a short sale in Salt Lake?
Details are as follows:
Market Value: 175,000
Mortgage Amount: 160,000
Repairs: 15K - The place is occupied until Feb 27. However, the tenants have been told they have sewer and roofing problems. They are walking away from the property and the bank at the end of February.
My fee: $2,500 at closing.
