Can anybody recommend a good short sale Attorney to handle my short sale leads? It is getting to time consuming to work on several short sales at one time. Thanks
My partner and I do short sales. My partner is an excellent negotiator. My forte is board hustling. He found that the attorneys were asking too much to do what he could do so we quit using them.[ Edited by TheShortSalePro on Date 12/06/2008 ]

there are alot of skilled short sale negotiators out there who can do what you need. No need to play trial and error with an unskilled agent.
