Researching Leads
how does everyone research leads? i've gotten several from the lis pendens at the recorders office, but does everyone just do mass mailings, or do you do background research on select properties and then mail to them? some people are saying they send out 20 a week and some 100 so i'm just curious if people research every single mailing.
so is this just a dumb question or does no one who has read this post even look for leads?
I send out mailings to every lead.
My partner and I research at the courthouse and send our mailings out on average, 1 a month. We also network with R.E. agents, brokers of the sort who also will search for you. The more people you have working for you, the better.
