One Of The Biggest Missteps....

In my opinion, one of the biggest mistakes that an inexperienced (however enthusiastic) real estate speculator can make is to try to combine acquisition techniques... techniques that each have it's own set of manageable glitches... but when used in conjunction with each other, the glitches can become unmanageable. Like drugs. A drug may be terrific if used in a given situation. But if another drug is introduced to the patient, the combination can result in an adverse reaction.

If you don't have cash, access to financing, a cash heavy partner, or a network of Clients who will purchase your leads.... then short sale acquisition may not yet be for you.

There is a learning curve. Bite off more than you can chew, and you'll increase the likelihood of failure. Baby steps.
