Negotiating With A Non Financial Creditor

Would like to purchase a property in preclosure with a non financial creditor. Anyone with experience with this type of negotiation? Would like to short sale the jugdement amount at or before closing.

    The judgement was filed by construction materials supplier out of Texas. It appears that the owner pledged their person real property along with that of their business for materials and then defaulted on the payments.

    If you don't want to payoff the entire judgment plus interest amount, you can always offer them a settlement. Just submit it in writing to their attorney of record who filed the judgment. That attorney will present your offer to settle to his client... and draft the necessary satisfaction of judgment.
