Need Help With Forms For Short Sale.
I ran an ad to buy delinquent mortgage notes. A lady responded who is a prime candidate for a short sale. I could use some help with how to word the various documents required by the bank. For example the offer letter. I have an authorization release of info and a purchase agreement. What other documents do I need? I assume I can get a Hud 1 from the Hud website. Someone mentioned Proof of funds. I plan to take a loan so do I send a prequalification letter from my lender? I can get comps. What else do I need? Any examples you can send my way would be great.

Thanks, I decided to stick to buying notes much easier process and less risk.
