Lender Won't Let Trustor Sell.
I'll try to be informative www.here.My relative became a NOD victim,not exactly sure what stage,and choose to sell outright to an investor/buyer.The orig loan amount something like 105k and had an interested buyer at www.135k.The lender would not allow sale because of some 10 day period that had www.elapsed.I know a chapter 13 was in some stage as well.Any answers why the sale couldn't www.happen.This isn't a current situation and has since been bought at auction,rehabbed and re-sold,just curious for the relative............Thankx Gee
