Land Trusts- Who Should Be The Trustee?

Anybody using land trusts to flip pre-foreclosures?

Is there a danger to the iinvestor being the Trustee prior to the flip?

Question is why do you need a land trust if you plan on immediately flipping?

The purpose of a land trust is to conceal your identity. But your buyer, your seller, and contractor (if doing repairs), all know who they are dealing with.

So with who is it during this short period of time you need to remain incognito?
