How Do I Stop This Sale-my Post Bankruptcy Client , Who Is Having A Rough Time (husband Left)
received a auction notice for jan. 2, 2007-after i requested the short sale information and was ready to send back to the mortgage company. how do i slow them down till they review my bid:
my offer is $69.9k in a $100k townhome neighborhood (no repairs) 9 other t-homes listed in the complex over 7 months without a sale. there are new ones selling one mile away for $100k with all the goodies. thanks in advance
