How Do I Deal With Property In Bankruptcy?

szukac1 profile photo

Found home in forclosure. Then took off sale due to homeowner filing chapter 13. However homeowner has walked away from house. But forclosure sale is permanently withdrawn. Forclosure appraisal is 45k. Owes 75k. Needs some work. Who do I contact now - homeowners lawyer, trustee, or who? Also would a 45k offer be reasonable? I'm trying to get started - but can't find what direction to take now. Thank you for any advice, and guidance!

You might start by obtaining a recordable deed from prior owner if you can find them. Do not make out this deed to yourself pick some other person who you admire and treasure. Now that is your anvil. The hammer comes next. You then check title to see if it is still in this name. You then check the BK court files and see if the BK has been abandoned. Depending on that information you start on some variables. If serious do the above and then message me on my profile. You can always in the near future save the Lender lots of money by executing deed to him. For money, or a job, or a good loan. Whatever .

    Go for it. Lucius

Check bk court file to find the guy, there is much more info for tracking than in a foreclosure file.
