HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY?

Has anyone out there ever heard of GrayStone Mortgage. They help RE Investors buy and sell houses. They put up the financing to enable the investor to make all-Cash purchase (sometimes they fund up to 98% AV). If anyone has had any dealings with this company whether bad or good, please let me know. Thank you!

Never heard of them but please PM with more details and we can both look into them further. Then inform everyone whether they are a good lender or not.

Where are they located? Do they help international investors?

I have heard of them and have closed many loans for their investors. You have the option of going through their financing or using one of their approved mortgage brokers accessible on their website. I do not know much about the way they do deals b/c I hear their information is confidential once you become a member. I however, have heard good things from the investors who I have closed deals for. I believe they are out of Texas. I can get their website info from one of their regional associates I still do business for if you would like to have it.

    Thank You,

I looked at them and it seems they want 7k for a two day training course on how to wholesale a property. That seems little high for me so I will stick with the usual methods.

I have been researching them for a while and am considering joining their Gold Level for now. Their main business is flipping notes. I have been in contact with people who have made out pretty well with them. If you already have your business down packed, I feel it could only help you make more money, simply because of the support system. They could save you alot of time in my opinion. The Gold level costs $395 and the Platinum Membership costs $6995 for a live Training or $5000 for the video of the live training. If you go to their website you can see and hear video clips of the trainings and hear video feeds of some of their successful students. If any one has joined with them I am also interested in hearing some feedback on your experience.

They fund simultaneous funded notes... they buy at a discount on the first lien possition... Cost some serious bucks to become a member... Tried to use them once and the deal fell apart .... they are a spin off from "another" simultaneous funding company...I personally do not care for the way they do business...last I heard they are based in San Antonio... good luck if you want to take the chance.
