Give Me Just A Little More Time. (Please)
I am currently working a short with a first and second and I was approved in writing on the the 2nd , and just verbally on the first. The second gave me 15 days( last day) to close and wont grant an extension unless Buyer/homeowner pay 1000 upfront which will be applied towards closing. Problem is Money is tight, and the 1st is so slow. Any suggestions will do
Should I avoid contact with the second until i get approval from the 1st in writing ? Or contact them and explain that I dont have approval from 1st yet?
