Years ago, mortgagees asked to consider an application fro short sale would ask for a 'net sheet' to be included in the application. It was a simple matter to devise a net sheet.

Nowadays, they ask for an estimated HUD1 settlement statement.

There are blank, downloadable HUD1 forms available on line.

    Here is a link:

I may have a Net Sheet, simpler than HUD-1 statement. Provide a E-mail and i'll send it to you.

For short sales, a HUD-1 is the way to transact.

If you want a net sheet, contact any Realtor. The do one with every seller and/or purchaser. They will gladly give one.
