if 1 in 93 homes are in forclosure (money.com), does that mean this field is out of control?
IMHO, the best way to profit from the preforeclosure, short sale acquistion of real estate is to buy low, make repairs or otherwise improve, and profit on resale or keep for long term.
A seller needing to sell to avoid loss due to foreclosure, but owes more than the home is worth would be helped by a preforeclosure short sale.
so help me out, i have 200 of these files...
they owe 382K, and the house is worth 320K. the appraisal was stretched and now we are in a down market. they are late by 120 days.
now what do i do? how do i make profit
