Buying Houses That Are Involved In Bankruptcy

I am looking for houses in various cities on the east coast. There is a website I use that has houses that are for sale where the owner has filed ch. 13 or 7. How do you go about buying those houses?

    you need to work together with the owner & their BK trustee to get a sale approved for their assets.

    Thank u for the reply. Do they usually sell the property at FMV? Since they are filing bankruptcy- they are no longer in debt rhgt?
