Best Source For HUD-1
Can I get recommendations for HUD-1 prep packages. Am trying an online service, which is good, but would like to see if there are better services or programs that I could pay for once and continue to use instead of paying monthly fee that my current one charges.

it isn't so much the format you use, it's the ability to plug in the correct info... and allow for the passage of time.
Be forward thinking.
Typically, when a prelim HUD1 is requested, it can be a month or two or three or four before the deal closes. A lot of charges can accru in a month or two or three or four.
Be sure to anticipate what the costs will be at closing, not just at the moment the HUD1 is submitted.
