I am about to attempt to do a SS with BF. It seems to me I heard that they do not deal in SS. Not sure if I heard it here or not. Has anyone had any expericnce with them?...Any input would be greatly apprediated. Thanks Anita
I submitted an "unconventional" short sale package to Beneficial Foreclosure (one of Household International's companies) a few months ago. It wasn't successful because I had a difficult loss mitigator who wouldn't bite ... despite the reasonableness of the offer. In any event, you can request a short sale pack by calling them at 630.617.7607. Good luck.
