Advise For Short Sale Newbi.

JamesStreet profile photo

I have been reading and reading about Short Sales. I know when I started with Subject To there was a lot of info and people were very helpful (and still are) cool grin but now I want to spread my wings.

I am happy with my Subject To investing but I have run into a lot of deals where if I knew how to do a short sale I could close more deals.

Can someone point me to the best books, experts, and Info. I know that there is no such thing as a free lunch but if there is some books I can get at the Lib or programs that back the biggest bang for my buck pleas let me know.

Thank You and happy Holidays

James

You might try John Locke's Subject To course. I have heard lots of great things about it. And, he is one of the guru's here. Talk about access. Just a suggestion.

    Pejames,

I have it and it is great. I am looking for something like that but dealing with Short Sale.

I guess you can say John has spoiled me. I now expect every course to be as easy to follow and use.

So just to so that I don't get introuble. I do subject to but I want to learn more about Short sales.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

Look for Jeff Kaller's programs. Can be pricey, but well worth it!

There is also a huge amount of info in these old threads... its amazing how often a fellow investor can help with a great idea! Good luck!
