To all the posters not familiar with Ronald*Starr, you are all in for a pro investors real estate investing advice, who is certainly a welcome addition to this site. I see that you are with us Mr. Starr so I hope you continue with your words of wisdom for the new investors and old timers here at TCI. I know it takes awhile to get around the board from what you are used to, but it will be well worth it. You are still my favorite liberal mentor. 8-/ John $Cash$ Locke

I think Ronald's status on here should be bumped up to All-star or even Super-star investor. I can't see freshman investor going along with his stature
