Right Of Redemption

I have a question. In New Jersey, there is a 10 day right of redemption after the sheriff sale occurs. During this 10 right of redemption, does the homeowner have to pay the full balance of the loan plus costs (decree) or just bring the payments current. I'm assuming that the full balance needs to be paid but just want to be sure. Thanks, Bill

Not only beware of junior liens but any and all "warts on title" example judgements, unpaid real property taxes, etc.

If you buy subject to before the sale there is no right of redemption.
