Renter Put Up Large Electric Sign, 25 Year Later
we find that another tenant has been paying the electric bill for the Electric Sign. The space that has been paying the sign all of these years all have gone out of business and the current renter by accident found out that he was funding the electric sign. We have turned off the sign, and now it would appreciated some comments or suggestions as to how to communicate with the owner of the sign. The owner of the sign is a franchise of a fast food resturant, about 100 miles from the building. Originally they wanted the owner to put the sign up and the owner said , u put the sign up.
any suggestions, comments, or off the wall comments would be appreciated.
