Need Advice On Developing A 3 Ac. Site Inside Of A SuperMarket Plaza.

recently i acquired a 3 acre commercially zoned lot in Inland Empire (east of Los Angeles)...this lot is inside of a plaza anchored by Burger King, Stater Bros Super Market, Pep Boys, and some mom-pop stores.



now, my question is how to attract other nationally well known store to be my tenants? are there any experts or people with experience in leasing NNN properties in supermarket plaza who can offer me advices/leads?

    most definitely. It has been my experience that dealing with national chains is often expedited by working with a commercial broker in the area that has a relationship with those tenants. They can usually get the deal done in a phone call or two.
