What Is VCT Tile?
Hi. Saw on another landlord forum a recommendation for using something called "VCT tile." Never heard of it. Can anyone tell me what it is???

Hmm. I have to replace the disgusting carpet previous owners put in an apartment bathroom. Someone recommended VCT as an alternative to ceramic tile?? Not something I have heard of around here (central PA). Is it really just clay tile and is it less expensive than ceramic?
Sounds to me like "quarry tile" is what they are referring to.
Similar material, often 6" X 6" square Tile.
Very "low end."
Not very appealing for a bathroom, IMO.
