What is fair split for hard money?
I am willing to put up 100% of rehab money for a project with a "project manager" or "contractor" partner. Does anyone have or has had a working arrangement of this type with a hard money investor. I believe 50/50 is fair split if the funds are similiar. The boards valuable opinions please.
What do you mean .. if the funds are similar? I think that’s fair.. If you are JUST investing the money and NO TIME.. then that’s pretty good. I would say 25-50% for the money partner.
