Weak Water Pressure First Minute?
We have a problemm with the water come out of the faucet, the first minute or approx first minute, the water pressure comes out weak, in all faucets of the house, and then the water pressure is strong and water flows out faster, twice the rate.
Have anybody experienced this problem? It also weak with cold water. Is it possible caused by water heater tank?
It is so weird, just about the first minute.
I appreciate all suggestions.

just for reference, the water softener is the problem!!!
