Using An Agent To Sell After Rehab?

After you rehab, do most of you list yourself or use an agent? Also, can anyone share their formula for figuring out if a rehab property is worth the purchase to fix and flip?

    get comps before you purchase look at the as is value then look at the after repair value. example 50,000 as is 120,000 arv the in between amount should allow for fixup n profit. minus holding expense. i personally dont use an agent . some do.
