Recently we moderators are having to edit, delete or lock posts.
The forums is a venue to seek and give advice, preferrabley from those who know what they are taking about.
It is not a place to advertise or solicit business.
If you are in need of tradesmen then please click on the "members online" and do the appropriate search.
TCI can not vouch for or endorse anyone specifically.
It is your responsibility to check references on anyone you intend to hire.
Also, how about keeping Post related to the Forum heading itself. Legal questions belong in the Legal Forum...etc.
TCI has rules (very few) in place for a reason. If you fail to read or heed to such then you do so at your own peril.
Post are edited, deleted or locked when rules are broken.
