Stinky House

poconos profile photo

I purchase a real stinky house that i am renovating took out all the carpets and padding but the place still stinks, lots of big dogs lived there and mold, has anyone had any experience using odorxit for removing odors? I was thinking of purchasing the stuff but seems a little pricey and was wondering what kind of results anyone has had or other products to use.

340K X .80 -25,000 would be the beginning of a good deal. There is not enough $$ in this one..

here is the equation that makes a good deal.

80% of ARV subtract the repairs and you have the high end of a good deal.....

We have a lenders section here at TCI.....you can click on the tab to look at the programs.

You can also so a google serch for rehab lenders / financiers.

Some supplies can help as well, especially lumber stores that cater to contractors.

I am in Concord, east of Charlotte. I mostly do new (residential) construction, commercial upfits, home inspections and from time to time I will pick up a fixer upper.

Since I am a general contractor I sub out most of my work.......although for certain projects and clientel, I will put together a crew and do hands on .......depending on my schedule and the money involved. (smile)

For your info, I edited your post........we do not use the forums to solicit or advertise business.......but thanks for the offer. I also see that you are new to TCI.......I hope you enjoy the forums. I would urge you to familarize yourself with the forum rules....as well as getting to know the site and what it has to offer.
