Space Heaters?
We have an offer on a place that was built in 1937. The main house has central air and heat, but the original space heaters in the bathrooms (near the floor) and in the faux fireplace are still functional.
Does anyone have these in their homes? Are they a problem? Should we have the gas capped?
The garage apartment also has space heaters, but they are the only source of heat for that space. I was planning to remove the one in the living area and replace it with a ceramic type electric model. However, I see ads all the time around here for homes for rent with space heaters...
Not sure what to do :-?
