I'm interested primarily in first time buyer houses in the 80-120K range, sort of following what Kevin Myers, author of "Buy it Fix it Sell it & Profit", proposes. I've new at this, got excellent credit, little cash(5k or so), little debt(car, house, 2k credit card), plenty of credit card credit lines. I still have to pursue what is the best method of financing to get set up. Appreciate any feedback in this regard as well.
