Rehab Business Software?
Any suggestions/recommendations on best software to run residential real estate investment business at home? We are a 4-member LLC formed less than 1 year ago and involved in purchase of first fix/flip right now.
Looking for something that covers all aspects of the fix/flip business, including accounts payable/receivable, taxes, investment analysis, information storage, databases for costs of rehab materials and labor, etc.

Actually, I was looking for pre-designed software that was specifically built to control a real estate investment business, with an emphasis on rehabs and not rentals.
Maybe a combination of a couple different products? :-?
There is a real estate success and business software sold by Russ Whitney that you could check out.

Nope.
Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access.
Use Quickbooks to run your business. Use Excel to do investment analysis, and use Access for information storage.
Sounds like a niche that needs filling.
Maybe there's more money in coming up software for rehabbers, and other REI's, than there is in the actual rehabbing.
One thing's for sure, it would be a lot less work.
