Looking For Hard Money Lender In Flint, MI
I'm just getting started the rehab bus and am looking for a hard money lender or broker in Flint, MI. So far the only one I've come in contact with in my general area lives in Midland which is 1 hour from me. he said it's too far for him to check on the property.
there are a bunch of nationwide lenders that will do hard money. Stated loans, ameriquest, etc. If you cant find any let me know I might be able to help.
