Looking For A Handyman Or A Contactor
Hi everybody
I'am looking for a handyman or a contactor in the flint michigan area to fix up one of my houses. This house is a 4 bedroom bath & half two story with full basement. It was not rented at the time of the fire. Smoke damage thoughout.
would like to get this house fixed.

Just advice.
1. Do your homework
KNOW what needs to be done.
KNOW who you hired.
2. Scrutinize their work. (diy has great advice on every project) I don't mean Big Brother'ish. Simply observe.
3. Never pay in advance. No matter how small.
4. Never allow "alcohol" on the job-site!!!
I have a story that applies to all of these. But, will spare everyone my own stupidity.
