Investing Question
I have started bird dogging for a local investor. I found a large number of abandoned houses and my husband is very good at fixing things. What would I need to do in order to find out more about these properties and trying to invest in them myself?
Find out the values of similar homes in the neighborhood and if you find a good deal, buy it. Reccomend hitting your local library and seeing what investor books they offer and also attending your local real estate investor club.
