How Can I Fund This Rehab?
Fire damaged (extremely bad, in my opinion, but i'm no expert)........looking for one of those funding agencies that i hear about all the time where the only thing that's considered is the property itself. Anyone have any ideas how i can get this rehab done without coming out of my own pocket?......I plan to keep this as a rental property for a time (not a quick sell).....any help (responses) will be greatly appreciated.......thanks!!!

Get a hard money loan. Do the repairs and then apply to refi it 2 weeks from completion of repairs. House should been done by the time the appraiser comes through.
