Garage Conversion
The home that I am purchasing for a flip converted the garage to a 4th bedroom around 40yrs. ago. It was a professional job but I am considering reconverting it back into a garage. They built a wall to enclose the laundry area thus making the depth only 14ft. Should I remove this wall? Another option would be to pour a concrete slab along side the house and erect either a carport or build a garage out back at a tune of 25k or so. any suggestions or experience would be greatly appreciated.
consult a realtor and spend your money where you will get the most value. I think you might end up keeping the garage and putting the 25k toward kitchen, baths and your wallet
