I'm looking to start building my network of professionals in the Phoenix area. Can anyone recommend good wholsalers, investment-minded RE agents, money people, contractors, ect...?

How about Sedona AZ area? Rehabbing is tuff here...pricy and seems to be a conflict of interest with the realtors
Hey, Dave. It's taken me about a year of serious pavement pounding to get the resources and contacts I need in Phoenix. Keep talking to people, it will come together. The best buys are on the court house steps--trustee sales and it's incredibly competitive, not to mention cash. A house can turn in 15 minutes. The trustees then resale--those are the contacts you need. My realtor is also an investor in a partnership and I have looked at 500 to 1000 houses to make one purchase. It's tough to get the contacts and folks aren't real anxious to hand their hard work over to you so you can compete with them. Good Luck.
