Does Anybody Know Good Contractor In Atlanta Area?
We finally fired our contractor. What a relief! He admitted he mismanaged his time and money. He even confessed that he did not even have any money to buy any more materials. He damaged entire ceiling. We want him to pay, but I don't know if that will happen.
Now, we are looking for a contractor who understands our needs as RE investors. We got two contractors assessed the property. They came up with out of the world estimates.
Can anyone help me find good contractor, but reasonable??? Any suggestion wil be appreciated.
