Baltimore Rehabber Looking For Wholesalers
I am a rehabber in Baltimore looking for wholesalers and birddogs to work with.
I have financing in place and can usually close in 30 days.
I prefer houses on the west side of Baltimore City and the Gardenville/Hamilton areas, although I will look at anything as long as the numbers are good.

I used to live in Maryland. Hon. lol You may want to check out Fells point area. They are having a couple of absolute auctions there soon.
Also go to the End of 70 make the U-turn take the first exit make your first right. There are a couple of abandoned rowhomes in that area, and houses that are hard to sell because its off the beaten path, that could be gotten cheap.
