Comps On House On A Busy Street

Is it typical to reduce the comps by a certain amount on a house that is on a busy street when the other houses on the comp list are not on a busy street?

Thanks!

It sounds like you put a lot of work into the house, to make 5k would be a shame. I would look up the tax records on the problem house and contact the owner. Buy the house from him.

We are not in a postion to purchase another house right now and that one would need way to much work to make it cost effective to rehab or to cash flow for us.

So at the end of 2 years the buyers have to come up with their own financing?

Your suggestions are very helpful. Thank you.

Where do you typically get these bandit signs printed and how many do you post? Do you nail them to things or put on gound stands?

    Thanks,

LOL, and all this time I thought it was just the wind!

I guess Mr. Panic verifies the old saying that the worst criminals in a prison are the gaurds.
